    弟兄姊妹大家好！一直有一个难处困扰我，一直得不到解决，想寻求帮助。在每次聚会要轮到我交通时，自己的心就开始碰碰跳，特别紧张，不知该说什么。还有在交通中谈自己情形时总是控制不住地激动，还总是要哭。也祷告但是还是不见果效，也吃喝了一些关于虚荣脸面、名利地位的神话，但是也没有什么认识。这个情形一直辖制我，导致聚会没有享受，甚至害怕聚会。请弟兄姊妹帮助交通一下，如何能解决这样的情形？
